Connect with your gym mates in a completely different way! Once or twice a year Training Ground arranges trips that members take part of. We’ll head to the islands, rent out a yaht, or hit the mountain ranges, just as examples.
Every Saturday is an event. Our 930 am workouts have become legendary. The workouts are challenging for anybody, prioritized to be inclusive so friends and newcomers can join, and often feature prizes from gym partners, opt-in money games. This tradition features large teams 8 plus people. We synch up all of our Concept 2 Ergs so that we can see which team is where in the race, and we take turns on sprints until we finish a marathon length (hence Ergathon) of work. There’s always food and dance
Like a sports day that you may have had as a kid, but for adults who CrossFit at Training Ground. A great place for members to express their fitness and have fun, plus get a taste of a ‘weekend competition’ by participating in several events. It’s always inclusive and challenging,
With a super international community, it’s tough to know which Holidays to prioritize. Nonetheless, we always pick a few to celebrate. We get together, eat, laugh, play games, dance, and usually sing 😉 There’s no better way to bring people together than through food.
Recognizing our members contributions is a tradition that always generates nostalgia and moments of great pride. We recognize Member of the Year, Gym Ambassador, Masters Athlete of the Year, Best Classmate, and more. We also balance it out with fun awards that we won’t mention here 😉
Every year we piggy-back CrossFit HQs CrossFit Open. We always give it our own flavor, and have our members create teams, or we help them to create teams. Winning team becomes immortalized on our Wall of Memories
This long standing tradition in Bangkok, and the most prominent Fitness event in the country, and one of the most prominent in the Asia Region.
Training Ground is also know for it’s community event traditions throughout the year where members of the community at-large are invited to participate. Events include our Songkran Soaker, Memorial Day Murph, and 12-Days of Christmas workouts.
