What will you experience in a health coaching session?
During your coaching sessions, your coach will use a variety of techniques to help you overcome obstacles and stay on track. These may include motivational interviewing, goal setting, accountability, and education around nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other areas of health and wellbeing.
Our coaching sessions are typically one-on-one, with an experienced health coach who works closely with you to identify your health goals and create a tailored plan that meets your unique needs. Our coaches are highly skilled at creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges and receive guidance and feedback to help you achieve your goals.
We typically begin initial consultation, during which you and your coach will discuss your health history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, your coach will work with you to create an action plan that is specific to you, measurable, achievable, and that is designed to help you create sustainable lifestyle changes.
In addition to one-on-one coaching sessions, we also offer private group coaching and online coaching options. Group coaching sessions provide an opportunity to connect with others who are working towards similar goals and to share experiences and support. Online coaching offers the convenience of receiving coaching from the comfort of your own home, while still providing personalized support and guidance.
