Oxygen Structure

Elevate performance, strength, and self-care to keep your competitive fire alive.

OXYGEN OVERVIEW

Oxygen Class is about performance, strength, self care, and keeping the competitive fire burning; whether that’s with yourself or with others. This class is designed to give strength where you need it to remain out of pain and move your absolute best.

Build strength and endurance through monostructural movements, improve heart rate variability (HRV) and recovery, improve coordination and proprioception and learn pacing strategies.

Oxygen classes are broken down into 2 sections:
Section 1: building your aerobic base and your VO2 max.
Section 2: unilateral strength training, mobility, balance, and symmetry.

Each section of the class emphasizes key measurables so you know you’re making progress. Tracking and movement scaling is done through our custom app, GymBelts.

Is this for you?

If you’re a runner or a sports racer (Spartan, HYROX, MuscleRunner, Redline) looking to improve endurance and pacing, this is the class for you.

If you’re a CrossFit athlete looking to take a break from heavy lifting while not sacrificing your engine, this is the class for you.

If you’re an athlete, competitive or recreational, looking to improve endurance and pacing on the field/court, this is the class for you.

If you’re new to exercise and want a workout more focused on endurance instead of building muscle, this is the class for you.

If you’ve been in the fitness game for a while and you’re looking for a way to prime your overall engine, this is class for you.

Class Breakdown

Section 1

Purpose: Energy System Training Duration: 20+ minutes Aerobic capacity (eg. intervals) Lactate threshold training (VO2 max) Anaerobic capacity (eg. sprints) How we measure success: Distance tests, output in time tests, VO2 max, resting heart rate

Section 2

Purpose: Ability & Coordination (mobility, strength symmetry, weak links, stability/balance) Duration: 12-16 minutes strength symmetry (unilateral strength) mobility (animal flow, yoga, end range training) stability (plyometrics, proprioception) How we measure success Balance testing, mobility measuring, weak link muscle testing
